Plenty of fabulous options for meal. Having an individual safe and climate control in our new-fashioned and bright room. Magnificent location in the Aldea Zama area of Tulum, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Tulum centre.

The homemade rolls at nearby La Pebeta were just divine, and the vibe at Safari Comedor Zama was like a fiesta with every bite! The roof pool area was a cozy hangout to chill after biking around the local scene.

A wide range of tea, toast, butter and jam at breakfast. Location next to the common areas, Tulum with such a friendly staff and archeological parks...

I almost wanted to leave a glowing review but sadly the constant mosquito invasion was good. Not to mention the bar area wasn't working which woudl ve been lovely for breakfast! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but clearly that's too much to ask here.

A practical review for you

We stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Queen Room and enjoyed the amazing location, easy walking access to local spots, and a beautiful rooftop pool. Super quiet with friendly staff. A strong recommendation if you're seeking comfort and value!

The rooftop pool area is a nice hangout spot after a day of biking. Rooms can be quite small, and there were more mosquitoes than expected.

Rooms are on the smaller side and lack amenities like a fridge. The thin walls let in street noise, and there were noticeable mosquitoes in the room, contributing to a less-than-ideal nighttime experience.

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the rooftop pool is a perfect spot to unwind. It's located in a vibrant community with lots of amenities nearby, though some mosquito presence could be bothersome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed exploring the area with my four kids, and the nearby eateries were fantastic. La Pebeta had the tastiest homemade rolls.

My wife says that the rooms felt cramped for our large family.

great value with some minor drawbacks

The price for the Beautiful Queen Room at 800 pesos was fantastic compared to other options in the area! The reception staff was efficient and quite friendly. The beds were fairly comfortable. I also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to explore local dining options. It was a vibrant experience that added to the stay.

The hotel requires a drive to reach the beach, which can be inconvenient for those wanting immediate access.

Beautifully designed rooms offered a surprisingly spacious stay, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during warm nights. The hotel's location is excellent, but be cautious of nearby dining prices, which can be steep if you don't have transport. Access to premium meats at the nearby restaurants added a culinary highlight to our trip.

The room at koos was really nice and tidy, with a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom. It's located in a newer part of town, easy to walk around, and we loved how quiet the hotel was! The nearby parking was also a plus. The friendly manager even offered to move us to a quieter room, great customer service.
